Problem. Five separate research reports on a field-service business needed to become one decision-ready product spec.
What I built. A multi-tab dashboard (synthesis / comparison / roles / roadmap / alerts) that synthesizes the findings: competitive analysis, role-based requirements (owner vs. manager vs. tech), exception-driven workflow, photo-evidence and offline-first requirements, and threshold-based alert logic. KPI cards, progress bars, charts, phased timeline.
Why it matters. Turning messy multi-source research into a clear, navigable product artifact — the synthesis + communication skill an Applied/Account Engineer uses with customers. Also shows clean data-viz and information hierarchy.
I had five separate research reports on a field-service business and needed one decision-ready view. This dashboard synthesizes them, the tabs walk from synthesis to competitive comparison to role-based requirements to roadmap to alert thresholds. The point I'd make in an interview: this is the customer-facing skill, taking messy multi-source input and turning it into something a stakeholder can navigate and act on in two minutes. It's also fully self-contained, charts and all, no build.
