What it does

OSTUP scaffolds a full project with agent memory, docs, and a local cockpit in under 5 minutes. It also routes tasks to the right model tier (Tier-0 script, Haiku, Sonnet, or Opus) to maximize quality per dollar.

Inputs

Project name, stack choice (Next.js / static / local), profile overlay, optional brief.json, GitHub/Vercel credentials, and task descriptions for model routing.

Outputs

Live GitHub repo, Vercel deploy URL, CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md, cockpit dashboard, .ostup/model-policy.json, and task routing decisions with cost breakdowns.
